Exports include WorkHoursTool branding and the website link so shared timesheets can bring users back to the calculator.
Free time card calculator with lunch breaks
A useful time card should do more than add start and end times. This calculator supports multiple shifts in one day, overnight work, unpaid break deductions, decimal hours, configurable overtime and estimated gross pay.
Weekly vs. biweekly time cards
Choose weekly when your pay period covers seven days. Choose biweekly for fourteen days. In biweekly mode, the overtime threshold is applied to each week separately rather than simply doubling the weekly threshold.
How to use your calculated time card
Review every daily total, confirm the break minutes you entered, and compare the result with your employer or client records. You can print the page or export a CSV for your own records.
